2-Hour Change Window
Within 2 Hours:
You can cancel or make changes to your order within two hours of placing it. This includes modifying product details, shipping addresses, or canceling the entire order.
After 2 Hours:
Once the two-hour window has passed, your order will enter the production and fulfillment stage. At this point, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, as your items may already be in processing or printing.
Refund Processing Time
If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within the following time frames:
Digital Wallets (PayPal): 3–5 business days
Credit or Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
Please note that processing times may vary slightly based on your payment provider or financial institution.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
